The inner anti-corrosion liner is formed by automatic cantilever spraying, creating a seamless, pinhole-free and high-density inner wall with strong anti-leakage and anti-corrosion performance. After lining curing, the outer structure is completed by precision CNC winding. Glass fibers are arranged evenly with stable tension, ensuring uniform wall thickness, high structural strength, no deformation or cracking during long-term use.
Made of premium polyester resin, vinyl ester resin and alkali-free glass fiber, the tank features stable chemical performance and excellent acid and alkali resistance. It can safely store salt water, industrial wastewater and various chemical media without rusting or oxidation. With good weather resistance, anti-aging and insulation performance, the service life can reach more than 20 years with low maintenance cost.

A: FRP tanks' anti-corrosion performance depends on inner liner resin. We select suitable resin (isophthalic polyester, vinyl-ester, etc.) according to stored medium, concentration and working temperature. Please share your actual working condition, to prevent leakage and premature damage.

Q2: Can you make non-standard FRP storage tanks?

A: Yes, most FRP tanks are custom-made. We produce vertical, horizontal, buried tanks of any capacity. Manholes, nozzles, overflow ports and other accessories can be configured per your project requirements. Technical drawings are acceptable.

Q3: What is your production lead-time for FRP storage tanks?

A: After drawing confirmation and receiving deposit, standard-size tanks take 10-15 working days. Large-size or complex customized tanks need 15-25 working days. Lead-time will be confirmed before order; urgent projects are negotiable.
