FRP Grating

FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) Grating, a high-performance grid-structured material, is manufactured by molding or pultrusion processes using glass fiber as reinforcement and unsaturated polyester resin as the matrix. As an ideal alternative to metal and wooden gratings, it is widely applied in industrial, municipal, chemical, sewage treatment, power, and offshore engineering fields.
Featuring lightweight yet high-strength properties, FRP grating weighs only 1/4 of steel but offers exceptional load-bearing capacity, simplifying transportation and installation without heavy equipment. Its core advantage lies in superior corrosion resistance: inherently resistant to acids, alkalis, salt spray, and organic solvents, it resists rust, rot, and mildew, requiring no maintenance and ensuring a service life of over 20 years in harsh environments.
Safety is guaranteed with excellent electrical insulation (no breakdown under 10kV), flame retardancy (oxygen index ≥28%), and an anti-slip surface, making it suitable for flammable, explosive, and wet environments. Available in various colors (gray, yellow, green, etc.) and specifications (standard sizes: 1220×3660mm, 1000×4000mm; thicknesses: 25-50mm; mesh sizes: 19×19mm to 50×50mm), it supports flexible on-site cutting and customization for diverse projects.
Divided into molded (uniform bidirectional strength, suitable for pedestrian platforms) and pultruded (high longitudinal strength, ideal for heavy-duty scenarios) types, FRP grating is easy to install, maintenance-free, and eco-friendly.
